THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST !

The weight of your sin can never outweigh the love of God. God loves you! And that is what #TheGospelOfJesus is about!

TRUTH !!

"Whatever inconsistencies you have witnessed in your life, understand in this world, change is inevitable, but not so with God. He will remain constant and steadfast in His love for you and His ability to empower and strengthen you to overcome all things, every time. #Believe" - Pastor Chris Oyakhilome

1 JOHN 4:20

If someone says, “I love God,” and hates (or works against) his brother, he is a liar; for he who does not love his brother whom he has seen, how can he love God whom he has not seen? —1 John 4:20

BELIEVE !!

"The power of our words is undeniable!  John 6:63 says the words of God are life and truth and if our words - not just in our prayers, but in our daily conversations - are not lining up with God's Word, then we nullify our faith and cause it to be completely ineffective. #believe" - Pastor Chris Oyakhilome

'DISCERNMENT AND WISDOM' - PASTOR JOSEPH PRINCE

Image
Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise   but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil. Therefore do not be foolish, but understand what the Lord’s will is. Ephesians 5:15–17,  NIV We talked about how we stay safe and protected when we don’t act presumptuously or irresponsibly but lean in to God’s wisdom. The Lord Jesus demonstrated this to us Himself. When the devil tried to tempt Him to jump off the pinnacle of the temple, quoting Scripture to say that angels were supposed to bear Him up, our Lord Jesus responded by saying, “The Scriptures also say, ‘You must not test the Lord your God’” (Matt. 4:7, NLT). Likewise, let us not test the Lord by making irresponsible and unwise decisions that ignore the written Word of God or the godly counsel spoken over our lives. When you are led by His wisdom, the Lord can protect you from making unwise decisions. For example, someone may offer you “the investment opportunity of a lifetime.” On th

SLAY YOUR DRAGONS - PASTOR JOSEPH PRINCE

Slay Your Dragons And in Lystra a certain man without strength in his feet   was sitting, a cripple from his mother’s womb, who had never walked. This man heard Paul speaking. Paul, observing him intently and seeing that he had faith to be healed, said with a loud voice, “Stand up straight on your feet!” And he leaped and walked. Acts 14:8–10 Beloved, if you want to have faith for your breakthrough, make sure you are hearing and believing right about God through the word of Christ. By the way, in Romans 10:17, it is the word of   Christ , not the word of   God,   as written in some Bible translations. The Greek word used here is   Christos   for Christ. What’s the difference? The word of Christ refers to the word of the   new covenant , the word of   His grace . In the book of Acts, the apostle Paul says, “So now, brethren, I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified” (Act

YOUR REFUGE AND FORTRESS - PASTOR JOSEPH PRINCE

Your Refuge and Fortress I will say of the Lord, “ He is  my refuge and my fortress; my God, in Him I will trust.” Psalm 91:2 What are you saying of the Lord today? If you are saying He gave you the trouble you are presently in or an illness to teach you humility, it’s time to change what you believe about Him. If you really believe that God is the author of your problems, would you really be running to Him for help? My friend, let’s be like the psalmist who declared, “I will  say  of the Lord, ‘ He is  my refuge and my fortress; my God, in Him I will trust’” (boldface mine). The Hebrew word for “refuge,”  machaceh , refers to a shelter from storms and danger. This shelter is like the bunkers that many Jews have in their homes in Israel today to shelter them from small-scale attacks. In the figurative sense, when you say the Lord is your  machaceh , you are also declaring that He is your place of hope. The Lord is also your fortress. In Hebrew, the word used for “fortr

ARE YOU MIXED UP? - PASTOR JOSEPH PRINCE

“By Him everyone who believes is justified from all things from which you could not be justified by the law of Moses.” Acts 13:39 To understand the grace of God, it is essential you understand the differences between the old covenant of law and the new covenant of grace. To help you accelerate your understanding of law and grace, I want to share with you one of my favorite scriptures. I have preached this verse around the world, from Hillsong Conference in Sydney, Australia, to Lakewood Church, in Houston, Texas. For the law was given through Moses, but grace and truth came through Jesus Christ. —John 1:17 The law was given through a servant. Grace and truth came through the Son. The law talks about what man ought to be. Grace reveals Who God is. In the first miracle of Moses, he turned water into blood, resulting in death. In the first miracle of grace, Jesus turned water into wine, resulting in life and celebration. The letter (the law) kills, but the Spirit gives life (s
