SOUL WORD

"This is the essence of our faith; that by faith we may be justified and sanctified unto the coming of our Lord and saviour, for by this are we manifested as sons if the Spirit of the Father testifies on our behalf giving us the boldness which is the Spirit of truth to overcome every adversary that advances." MR. EDWIN RONEL BEKOE

MEDITATE & BELIEVE RIGHT !!

Meditate On ...He said to the ruler of the synagogue, “Do not be afraid; only believe.” Mark 5:36 Only Believe And Receive - Pastor Joseph Prince To the two blind men who came to Jesus for their miracles, Jesus said, “Do you  believe  that I am able to do this?” And to Jairus, who had just been told that his daughter was dead, Jesus said, “Do not be afraid; only  believe ” (Mark 5:36). In the Gospels, we find Jesus encouraging the people who needed His help to only  believe  in Him. He never asked them, “Have you been deserving or wonderful in your behavior?” He never asked them about their law keeping or performance. He was only interested in whether they believed He would do good to them. My friend, good character, good behavior and acts of charity are all good, but they cannot earn you favor with God. He doesn’t look at these things to decide if you merit His favor and help. The good news is that you don’t have to have it all together to receive...

GOOD FIGHTS Dag Heward-Mills READ: 1 Timothy 6:11-16 ...and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints. Jude 1:3 Do not fight a foolish fight. The Bible teaches us to fight the good fight. It is a good thing to fight the good fight of faith. To fight means to strive vigorously for something. However, there are many foolish fights a person can get into. Years ago when I was in school I got into a fight with a bully in my school. Two things happened after the fight. First of all I thought I had won the fight or been equally matched with my opponent. But everyone around laughed at me and said I had been beaten. Secondly, for all my efforts I received a black eye. The entire region around my eye became black and stayed that way for about a week. After this fight, I came to the conclusion that there was no point in fighting such useless fights with useless people and a useless audience who did not appreciate my box...

SOUL WORD !!

Wisdom is the principal thing, therefore get wisdom yet in all your getting of wisdom, seek Understanding, Exalt her and she shall promote and bring you honour. A wise person is not one who quotes proverbs but rather is one who is able to understand a proverb and apply it in odd situations at all times so as to maintain peace and exalt The Love of God.

MEDITATE & BELIEVE RIGHT !

Meditate On For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God. Ephesians 2:8 No ‘Buts’ In The Good News - Pastor Joseph Prince Imagine having a rich uncle who comes up to you one day and says, “I have really good news for you. I know you need a family car badly, so I bought you a really nice one!” Your jaw drops at the good news. But before you can thank him, he says, “It’s all yours...BUT you have to pay me monthly installments of $1,000 for it.” Suddenly, what started out as “good news” doesn’t turn out to be good news after all. Why? Because it contains a big “BUT!” The “gift” isn’t genuine because it has a condition attached to it. Sadly, this is how some people understand the good news of the gospel of Jesus Christ. They’ve been told, “Yes, you are saved by God’s grace, BUT from now on, you have to make sure that you come to church, read your Bible, pray, serve, dress holy...to keep your salvation.” Like the car, salvat...

GIVE HONOUR Dag Heward-Mills READ: Mark 6:1-6 But Jesus said unto them, A prophet is not without honour, but in his own country, and among his own kin, and in his own house. Mark 6:4 Where the anointing is not honoured, it does not work. Many men of God walk around, having great gifts to impart. Unfortunately, the anointing on their lives is not imparted to anyone and the power of God seems to not to work the way it should. This is nothing strange. It happened in the life and ministry of Jesus. When He went to His hometown He was not honoured. Instead, He was despised, ridiculed, questioned, interrogated! He was accused. He was challenged. His background was investigated. His family history was dug up and His message was not even listened to. Jesus was heavily anointed. He was so anointed that He could raise the dead, cleanse lepers, walk on the water, rebuke storms and speak great prophecies. But the anointing simply did not work in Nazareth where He was not honou...
