WALK IN WISDOM TO STAY SAFE - Ps JOSEPH PRINCE

Image
Walk in Wisdom to Stay Safe Get wisdom! Get understanding!...Wisdom  is  the principal thing;  therefore  get wisdom. And in   all your getting, get understanding. Proverbs 4:5, 7 It gives me such assurance to know that the Lord can deliver us from trouble. But do you know what’s better than being delivered from trouble? Not  getting  into trouble in the first place. My dear reader, don’t just seek miracles and protection from God without seeking the wisdom from Him to stay protected and out of trouble. There are times when the challenges that we face are beyond our control. But I’ve found that often, we experience His protection when we follow the Holy Spirit and lean on His wisdom when making decisions. Every day, we need His wisdom, just as we need His protection. After all, Proverbs 4:7 tells us that “wisdom  is  the principal thing,” and in all our getting, we need to  get wisdom . The Bible tells us that Christ has become for us wisdom from God (see 1 Cor. 1:30

THE PROMISE IS RECEIVED BY F.A.I.T.H - Ps JOSEPH PRINCE

Image
For the promise that he would be the heir of the world was not to Abraham or to his seed through the law, but through the righteousness of faith. Romans 4:13 In Romans 4:13, it is clear that God’s promise that Abraham and his seed would be heirs of the world was not through the law, but through the  righteousness of faith . Today, because we belong to Jesus, we are Abraham’s seed and heirs according to the promise (see Gal. 3:29). And the more we believe that we are righteous in Christ, the more we will experience His provision. My friend, being an heir of the world and walking in Abraham’s blessings of health, protection, and abundant provision come by  faith . This is believing that even though we don’t deserve any blessing from God, we have been made righteous by the sacrifice and finished work of His Son, and qualify for all His blessings! On the cross, Jesus took our sins and gave us His righteousness. He took our poverty and gave us His abundance. He took our shame

MEDITATE ON THIS - PS JOSEPH PRINCE

Image
A Robust Revelation of Your Righteousness I will greatly rejoice in the Lord, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for He has clothed me with the garments of salvation, He has covered me with the robe of righteousness. Isaiah 61:10 I really want you to reign in all areas of life by receiving a robust revelation of your righteousness in Christ. You grow in this revelation the more you hear about what Jesus has accomplished for you at the cross. The Bible tells us that blessings crown the head of the righteous (see Prov. 10:6). So the larger the revelation of your righteousness in Christ and the more you are established in it, the more you will see God’s blessings manifest in your life. Let me put it another way: See the robe of righteousness that God has already clothed you with having pockets labeled “favor”, “healing”, “deliverance”, “provision”, “wisdom”, “family blessings” and so on. The more conscious you are of this robe on you, the more you will experience the good g

KNOW YOUR FATHER'S HEART - Ps JOSEPH PRINCE

Image
Know Your Father’s Heart Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 1 John 4:10  KJV Today, I want you to read the parable of the father of the prodigal son (Luke 15:11–32). As you read, keep in mind that this son utterly rejected and completely humiliated and dishonored his father, then only returned home when he remembered that even his father’s hired servants had more food than he did! It was not the son’s love for his father that made him journey home; it was his stomach. In his own self-absorbed pride, he wanted to earn his own keep as a hired servant rather than to receive his father’s provision by grace or unmerited favor. God wants us to know that even when our motivations are wrong, even when we have a hidden (usually self-centered) agenda and our intentions are not completely pure, He still runs to us in our time of need and showers His unmerited, undeserved, and unearned favor upon us. Oh,

Beloved, I pray that in all respects you may prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers. 3 John 1:2, NASB You need look no further than 3 John 1:2 for a prayer that reflects what God’s heart for you clearly is. This verse is the reason you can know without a doubt that He wants you healed, healthy and fully provided for, just as much as He wants your soul to prosper! Don’t go by human experiences to know if God wants His people healed today. If you say, “Well, I know of Christians who are sick,” I can point you to many others whom God has healed. We’re not called to base our believing on human experiences. We’re called to believe God’s Word. Beloved, never put your eyes on people and their experiences, even good ones. The basis of your faith must always be God’s Word. If you are sick today, don’t focus on your symptoms or compare yourself with someone else. Meditate on His healing promises and believe that God still heals and blesses today because His Wor

GOD REMEMBERS YOUR SINS NO MORE - Ps JOSEPH PRINCE

Image
“For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.” Hebrews 8:12 When something goes wrong, is your first thought, “Well, this must be happening to me because of the sins that I have committed”? When you have a flat tire or fall sick, do you wonder, “What sin is God punishing me for now?” If your answer to both questions is “yes,” you are not alone. This kind of thinking is so prevalent in the church because many believers don’t really believe that they are under the new covenant. They believe the opposite of today’s Scripture and think God is not merciful to their mistakes and always mindful of their sins. The problem with the church today is wrong believing. Jesus Himself defined the new covenant for us at the last supper when He said, “…this is My blood of the new covenant, which is shed for many for the remission of sins” (Matt. 26:28).  The main clause of the new covenant is the forgiveness of all your sin

YOU ARE ACCEPTED - PS JOSEPH PRINCE

Image
To the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He made us accepted in the Beloved. In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace. Ephesians 1:6–7 Today's reading tells us that we are accepted in Christ, the Beloved. And because we are in Christ, we are well pleasing to God! But Pastor Prince, I have done nothing to make myself well pleasing to God! Neither did Jesus. In Mark 1: 9–11, God called Jesus His beloved and said that He was well pleasing  before  He had even performed one miracle or act of service for Him. You see, Jesus is well pleasing to His Father not because of what He has  done , but because of who He  is . Did you get that? If not, please read the last sentence again. Jesus didn’t have to do anything or accomplish anything before He was considered beloved and pleasing to the Father. The good news for you and me today is that our Father in heaven has “made us accepted in the Beloved,” a

BE FORGIVENESS CONSCIOUS - PS JOSEPH PRINCE

Image
Bless the   Lord, O my soul, and forget not all His benefits:   who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from destruction, who crowns you   with lovingkindness and tender mercies. Psalm 103:2–4 Not too long ago, I was driving out for lunch with my wife, Wendy, and for some reason, every time she made a passing comment, I found myself snapping irritably at her or making an unnecessarily provocative remark. Have you had one of those days? When I reflected on why I was so irritable, I realized it was because I was actually feeling guilty about a couple of matters from earlier in the day. I hadn’t necessarily done anything wrong, but I’d just allowed a little bit of guilt to creep into my heart and unconsciously allowed condemnation to come in. My friend, when you are walking under a cloud of judgment, you can become a really unpleasant person to be around. Trust me, I know what I am talking about. Even if you are an author of book

REST IN THE FATHER'S LOVE - PS JOSEPH PRINCE

Image
“Though the mountains be shaken and the   hills be removed, yet my unfailing love for you will not   be shaken nor my covenant of peace be removed,”   says the   Lord, who has compassion on you. Isaiah 54:10,  NIV I want to give you a simple but critical truth. Memorize this truth. Feed on it. Let it take root in your spirit and become an anchor in your life. You will never be the same again. Are you ready? Here it goes: As a child of God, no matter what happens in your life, your Father in heaven loves you dearly and nothing you do can ever change that. Will you believe that today? Whether you are going through good times or facing challenging times, you need to know that your Abba loves you. There is nothing that you can ever do to make Him love you more, and nothing that you can ever do to make Him love you less. Even—or perhaps  especially —when you feel like you have failed, know that you will  always  be the apple of His eye.  Always . God loves you with an eve

TAKE AUTHORITY - PS JOSEPH PRINCE

Image
Then Peter said, “Silver and gold I do not have,   but what I do have I give you: In the name of   Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.” Acts 3:6 Join me in reading this wonderful report that Gisele from Texas shared with me that demonstrates how you can take authority over your situation by standing on the Word of God: My husband had surgery for hiatal hernia. It was a simple procedure where a piece of mesh was inserted into the affected area and he was able to return home the same day. However, he became increasingly unwell after he got home. He was feeling very bloated, had a lot of pain, and was running a fever. He was admitted back to the hospital and we spent the next week there. It turned out that a bowel obstruction was causing all his problems. Another surgery was planned. Honestly, we felt very discouraged and defeated at that point. Then, I remembered learning a few weeks earlier from Joseph Prince about how Christians should take charge and command sym

GRACE WHEN YOU LEAST DESERVE IT - Ps JOSEPH PRINCE

Image
Not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith. Philippians 3:9 The grace of God is the unearned, undeserved and unmerited favor of God. When God answers you in your most undeserving moment,  that  is grace.  That  is His amazing, unmerited favor! At your lowest point, in your darkest hour, His light shines through for you and you become a recipient of His unmerited favor, and a recipient of favor can’t help but want to extend grace to others. My friend, in and of ourselves, we don’t deserve anything good. But because we are in Christ and in His righteousness, God will not withhold any blessing from our lives today. Our part is not to struggle in our own works and be independent from God, but to focus on receiving all that we need from Him. I believe that the more righteousness-conscious you are, the more you will experience God’s unmerited favor. When the voice of disqualifi

PUT THE SPOTLIGHT ON JESUS' FINISHED WORK - PS JOSEPH PRINCE

Image
I was alive once without the law, but when the commandment came, sin revived and I died. And the commandment, which was to bring life, I found to bring death. Romans 7:9–10 In 1942, C S Lewis wrote a brilliant book entitled  The Screwtape Letters . It tells the story of a senior demon teaching a junior demon how to exploit man’s weaknesses and frailties. Along the same lines, I would imagine that Romans 7:9 is probably the most studied and memorized verse in hell. All junior demons would be taught this verse and the lecture would be titled, “How to bring about a revival of sin”! According to Paul, when you introduce the law, there will be a REVIVAL OF SIN! And that’s not all. Apart from reviving sin, the law also kills and brings death! Isn’t it amazing, then, that there are well-meaning ministers who preach strongly on the Ten Commandments, thinking that imposing the law would cause sin to be removed? According to Romans 3:20, “ by the law is the knowledge of sin .” In ot

ONE SACRIFICE...

WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED - Ps JOSEPH PRINCE

Image
For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we   might become the righteousness of God in Him. 2 Corinthians 5:21 Once, the Lord showed me a vision of what happened at the cross. I saw how all the sins of the entire human race (lies, deceit, envy, bitterness, adultery, addiction, bondage, murder) and all the consequences of sin (fear, sicknesses, guilt, disease, and condemnation) swirled around Jesus like evil spirits and demons, laughing heinously, taunting and tormenting Him. Jesus became like a magnet for all sin and of His own volition accepted all this sin into His own body. You and I will never be able to imagine the excruciating pain that tore through His body at the cross. Every malignant cancer, every tumor, every sickness, and every disease came upon Him at the same time. He who knew no sin took upon Himself the mountainous weight of all men’s darkest and foulest sins. He took it all Himself. The Word says that “He Himself took our infirmities an
